G20 Finances in 2010

P&T Consulting was chosen by the Ministry of Economy, Finances and Industry as co-contractor with the group Package Organisation for the accreditation part through the organization of the G20 Finances held in Paris from 17 to 19 February 2011.

As such, P&T Consulting has:

• Granted a license to use the Novento Software adapted to the specific requirements.
• Defined the technical architecture for a hosting platform featuring superior security and offering optimal service level agreements.
• Set up the specific practical processes in relation to the central security services.
• Provided phone and email supports to the organizers during the preparation phase.
• Provided the whole documentation to the members of the organization and end-users.
• Provided on-site support during the summit.
• Set up specific badges with a system of access control by using barcodes (QR codes). This solution allows displaying in real time on smart phones the status of the participants with their profile (name, first name, photography, organization…) in order to increase the efficiency of access control.
• Adapted his accommodation solution in order to meet the initial chose model.
• Provided the whole printers and badges with hologram.
